Solvent-Based Bitumen Emulsion

Bitumen Emulsion Based on Nitro Solvents is a flexible waterproofing material based on petroleum bitumen, containing technological additives, solvent and mineral fillers.

The material contains no water, which allows it to be applied at sub-zero temperatures. Ready to use.

Appointment

Bitumen Emulsion Based on Nitro Solvents is used:

  • for waterproofing concrete and metal surfaces;
  • for waterproofing foundations;
  • for priming surfaces before laying roofing felt;
  • for impregnating reinforcing materials;
  • for the installation and repair of roofing systems;
  • for repairing flexible roofing using reinforcing materials;
  • for waterproofing metal and asbestos-cement roofing;
  • for waterproofing concrete structures.

Advantages

Compared with roll waterproofing materials, the bitumen emulsion offers the following advantages:

  • forms a continuous, seamless waterproof coating;
  • can be applied to surfaces with complex geometries;
  • contains no water and therefore can be applied at sub-zero temperatures.

Thinner

Solvent naphtha, gasoline, white spirit.

Storage

Store in a tightly closed container in a dry place protected from light at temperatures from −20 to +35 °C.

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Operating Conditions

The operating temperature range of the coating is −50 to +80 °C.
