Latex-Modified Waterproofing Bitumen Emulsion

Waterproofing Bitumen Emulsion with Latex is an anionic water-based bitumen emulsion. It has an alkaline reaction and does not cause corrosion when applied to unprimed steel structures.

It can be applied in damp weather and to wet surfaces. Contains no organic solvents and is environmentally friendly.

Appointment

Waterproofing Bitumen Emulsion with Latex:

  • is a two-component, highly elastic waterproofing material;
  • is applied using special equipment by cold spraying;
  • is designed for waterproofing and corrosion protection of underground and above-ground metal and reinforced concrete structures, tanks and pipes;
  • is used for the installation and repair of roof waterproofing systems.

Main Properties

  • forms a continuous, seamless waterproof coating;
  • provides excellent adhesion to various types of substrates;
  • can be applied to surfaces of virtually any shape and configuration;
  • rapid curing allows construction work to continue without a long technological interruption;
  • a three-person crew can apply the coating to an area of up to 1,000 m² in 8 hours;
  • the material is non-toxic and environmentally friendly and requires neither open flame nor heating during application;
  • resistant to UV radiation and retains its properties at temperatures from −30 to +80 °C.
