Heat-Resistant Enamel “Thermo”

Thermo is a heat-resistant enamel based on modified silicone resin. It provides a high-performance, weather-resistant, hydrophobic, protective and decorative coating with excellent heat resistance.

Appointment

Designed for the exterior protection of concrete and brick structures, as well as buildings and facilities exposed to high humidity. The coating is resistant to heat and ignition, resistant to fungal attack, and retains its protective properties under severe operating conditions for more than 10 years. It can also be applied to steel surfaces exposed to temperatures up to 300 °C.

Drying Time

Surface temperatureDrying until tack-freeBefore applying the next coatFull drying
-15 °C10 hours24 hours3 days
+5 °C5 hours10 hours36 hours
+20 °C1 hour5 hours24 hours

Drying time may vary depending on air humidity and ventilation. Do not force warm air over the coating until the solvent has completely evaporated, as this may cause a surface film to form and trap solvent in the coating.

Thinner

Xylene, solvent naphtha or R-4 — not more than 20% by volume. For cleaning tools, use xylene, solvent naphtha or No. 646 thinner.

Storage

Store indoors at temperatures from −40 to +35 °C. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture. Guaranteed shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
