Soft Roof Waterproofing
Waterproofing bitumen emulsion, applied in liquid form, forms a strong, monolithic, seamless and elastic membrane coating after drying.
The system is suitable both for the installation of new polymer roofing and for the repair of various types of existing roof coverings.
The technology is particularly effective for waterproofing junctions with complex geometries and surfaces made of different materials. The coating at junctions forms an integral part of the overall roof waterproofing layer.
The material is applied by pneumatic spraying.
Liquid Rubber
Liquid rubber is a two-component, cold-applied, fast-curing mastic based on a polymer-modified water-based bitumen emulsion.
Liquid rubber contains no solvents and does not release harmful volatile organic compounds.
The bitumen-based coating is elastic and waterproof and is resistant to UV radiation and various weather conditions.
One of the main properties of liquid rubber is its high elasticity, which provides excellent resistance to damage.
Applications of Liquid Rubber
Liquid rubber coating is designed for:
- installation of new roofs;
- repair of various types of existing roofing on flat, low-slope and pitched roofs;
- waterproofing of concrete and metal structures;
- corrosion protection of metal structures, including steel pipelines operated above ground and underground.
Advantages of Seamless Waterproofing Technology
Seamless waterproofing technology enables a team of 3–4 workers to apply more than 1,000 m² of monolithic waterproof roofing membrane in one shift.
The use of liquid rubber significantly reduces the time required for waterproofing construction and repair work and for the installation of soft roofing.
