For low-grade concrete, a second coat of primer is recommended <strong>2\u20133 hours<\/strong> after the first coat, while the surface is still tacky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The epoxy primer is resistant to water, chemicals, mechanical wear and abrasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Applications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The epoxy primer is suitable for industrial and commercial facilities, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>retail and manufacturing facilities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>food and pharmaceutical facilities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>childcare and medical facilities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>warehouses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aircraft hangars;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>automotive repair shops;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>garages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The primer is used as a preparatory coat before applying epoxy self-leveling flooring and can also be used as a standalone coating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Substrate Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The substrate must be clean, dry and structurally sound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The primer is used as a preparatory coat before applying epoxy self-leveling flooring and can also be used as a standalone coating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Substrate requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">moisture content \u2014 <strong>not more than 4%<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">compressive strength \u2014 <strong>at least 20 MPa<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">pull-off strength \u2014 <strong>at least 1.5 MPa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Before application, add <strong>Component B (hardener)<\/strong> to <strong>Component A<\/strong>. Mix thoroughly for <strong>2\u20133 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Apply the primer using a <strong>roller or rubber squeegee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pot life of the mixed material: 20\u201330 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Apply at ambient temperatures of <strong>+5 \u00b0C or above<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">In hot weather, it is recommended to prepare the primer in small batches of <strong>2\u20133 kg<\/strong> and apply them progressively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clean tools with solvent immediately after use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consumption<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Epoxy primer consumption is <strong>0.25\u20130.35 kg\/m\u00b2<\/strong>, depending on the type and grade (class) of concrete and the condition of the substrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Safety Precautions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When applying the material indoors, ensure adequate ventilation during application and thoroughly ventilate the area after completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Use appropriate personal protective equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Storage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Store the epoxy material in tightly closed containers at temperatures <strong>from 0 to +30 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Do not heat.
